About the program

The purpose of the program is to study best practices in the implementation of inclusive education in higher education institutions using the example of the University of Cambridge. Participants will learn about successful practices and innovations that will help them apply similar strategies in their universities.

 Coverage of all mechanisms for obtaining subsidies, concessional loans and grants from the European Union for partners from partner countries
 Analysis of the HORIZON Europe program, the average grant amount is 1-2 million euros
 Analysis of the application form
 Training on the preparation of an application form using AI
 Meetings at the European Commission, obtaining insider information in the departments in charge of grant programs

Program

Day 1

Arrival at Brussels airport, hotel accommodation
  • Meeting and transfer from Brussels airport to the hotel

Day 2

Lecture in the European Parliament on the structure of the European Union
Training “European Commission – the main donor of international projects in the EU”

Day 3

Analysis of the Horizon Europe program as a tool for the development and internationalization of research
  • What are the benefits of participating in Horizon Europe?
  • What goals and objectives does the programme help to achieve?

Day 4

Practical part
  • Analysis of projects that won grants
  • Searching for and testing ideas for a project
  • Alternative options for finding partners
  • Task: Prepare 5 ideas for a project
Individual work with participants

Day 5

Analysis and filling of the application form using AI
  • Presentation of a special application for filling out the application form of the Horizon program
  • Practical work: Analysis of the application form and its step-by-step filling out using AI
Meeting at the European Research Council (ERC) – presentation of opening opportunities, insider information
Ceremonial presentation of certificates

Day 6

Erasmus+ Programme
  • Analysis of the Erasmus+ programme with a focus on participation opportunities for partners from non-EU countries
  • Features of project management
  • Structural work on the project
  • Monitoring, evaluation and audit of the project
Practical part
  • Analysis of projects that won grants
  • Analysis of application forms
  • Training filling out of the application form online

Day 7

Return home. Transfer to the airport
